I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist with expertise in Weight Loss & Lifestyle Disease Management with Cultural Foods and the founder of Eat Smart, a company based in Zambia (Africa) helping Zambians eat healthy with affordable and accessible foods.
After 10 years, working with thousands of clients from various cultural backgrounds, I have developed "The Eat Smart Method" for long term healthy eating and weight loss success. This is delivered via two core programs online, helping women of colours around the world, who want to lose weight for good, without giving up their cultural foods.
The average diet has a 90% failure rate and most women will try anywhere from 3-5 different diets each year. These women end up regaining all their lost weight because they can't stick to the diet due to feeling totally restricted. I have a strong passion towards filling the gap in access to culturally appropriate nutrition advice. I believe healthy foods should be accessible, affordable and enjoyable! I believe that the solution you need, needs to be as unique as you are, your personality, your environment and your culture!

So to help cut through the confusion and provide a unique once-off solution for my clients I took all the most effective strategies I used with my clients over the yeas and developed a fool-proof method backed by science. My clients have had overwhelming successes in creating healthy habits that stick, creating confidence in making healthy food choices with their cultural foods and losing weight for good.
My method does not require any restriction, it is not time consuming nor does it require you to eat differently to the rest of your family all in the name of weight loss.
